1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Yugen Tattoo Studio subscription platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Subscription Services

Yugen Tattoo Studio offers monthly subscription plans that provide members with discounted rates on tattoo services. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen tier
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the subscription benefits only for personal use

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through PayFast. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method. You agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Failed payments may result in suspension of your subscription benefits
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current

4. Subscription Benefits

Subscription benefits include discounted tattoo pricing based on your tier level. Benefits are:

• Valid only while your subscription is active
• Non-transferable to other individuals
• Subject to availability and booking requirements
• May be modified with reasonable notice to subscribers

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months
• You may resubscribe at any time, subject to current pricing

6. Tattoo Services

All tattoo services are provided at our studio location. You acknowledge that:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo services
• Tattoos are permanent and you accept full responsibility for your design choices
• You will follow all aftercare instructions provided
• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to artist availability
• Deposits may be required for bookings and are subject to our cancellation policy

7. Health and Safety

You confirm that you are in good health and have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect the tattooing process, including but not limited to:

• Skin conditions or allergies
• Blood disorders or conditions affecting healing
• Pregnancy or nursing
• Any medications that may affect the procedure

8. Intellectual Property

All custom tattoo designs created by Yugen Tattoo Studio artists remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Service website content, logos, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Yugen Tattoo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or tattoo services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for subscription services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
